BACKGROUND

    Konrad Doubek (Czech: Konrád Doubek) was born on October 17, 2041 in Brno, Czech Republic. He lived a normal life until the age of 15, where he started working for the Novak Mafia, an underground mafia based in Brno. Konrad was drug trafficking, mostly selling cocaine, meth, and heroin, but occasionally sold marijuana as well. Not only selling it, but occasionally used the drugs as well, cocaine being the highest he'll go. Doing this caused conflict with local police as well as his family, not knowing why he stooped so low. On August of 2057, Blackwatch made a bust on the Novak Mafia, resulting in Konrad being arrested and taken in to be questioned. Konrad, even though he's been to jail, was fearing for his life. He broke down, telling everything about the mafia and hoped he wouldn't go back to jail forever. Impressed, Gabriel decided to take him in under his wing. However, Konrad didn't like to fight - he preferred to heal. So, Reyes transferred him over to Mercy, where he was taken in to practice medicine. In 2061, Konrad was taken back to Blackwatch, now assigned as their healer. However, due to the excessive amounts of "messes" Blackwatch made, he couldn't heal or save a lot of members. So, in 2064, Konrad invented the Salutem, which changed the death/injury ratio within operations. Unfortunately, after the Swiss HQ explosion, Konrad left Blackwatch. He returned to the Czech Republic, basing himself in Prague to finish medical school and become an RN. When Winston sent out the recall, Konrad was hesitant, but accepted the recall. The Blackwatch Healer has returned.

ABILITIES:

L SHIFT -Speed Bonus:Konrad is able to double his speed while moving. This is great to quickly go to a low-health ally, or to quickly go to the play area. AOE: 20 M, recharge time: 2 seconds

E - Spreadshot: Konrad empties 3 rounds of healing or damage solution at once.

Q - Global Heal: Konrad gives off 70 HP as well as 20 Armor Points without LOD to his allies. Doesn't wear off.

PASSIVE - Parting Gift: When Konrad is killed, he gives away 30 HP to anyone nearby, ally or enemy. If picked up, a whisper from him says: "A gift from me to you."
